All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment for services must be made in advance through our approved payment methods. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
For certain services, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount and terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Requests to reschedule a confirmed booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur an additional fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We will not be liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from such cancellations.
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Blue Harbor or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
