We work with all budgets and can prioritize purchases to maximize your investment.
Do I need to prepare anything before my styling session?
For initial consultations, it's helpful to gather inspiration images that represent styles you're drawn to. For wardrobe audits, having your closet relatively organized helps us work more efficiently, but it's not required. We'll send detailed preparation guidance once you book a service.
How far in advance should I book for event styling?
For major events like weddings, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance to allow time for shopping and any necessary alterations. For less formal events, 3-4 weeks is typically sufficient.
Do you work with all body types and ages?

What areas do you serve for in-person styling?
We offer in-person services throughout London and surrounding areas. For clients outside these regions, we offer virtual styling options for most of our services. Travel to other UK locations can be arranged for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the full service fee. We understand emergencies happen and address these situations on a case-by-case basis.
